The cockroaches were not eliminated and the their customer service is absolutely terrible because they charge so much by selling us the idea that they will include free follow up yet all they do in the follow up is just apply some useless gel which did literally nothing. Poor service in Ajman Emirates city..Came for the pest control 10 days before..still no result..asked the team for the follow up sevice and the team is postponding the service everyday saying the lame excuses..First time they will come as they need the payment..then no timely approach..Also they charged for full 2bhk 160aed and did only pest control in kitchen which costs 120aed as per their charge structure
