About Cost Air HVAC Contracting
Cost Air HVAC Contracting LLC is an air conditioning and ventilation contractor based in Industrial Area 11, Sharjah. Its website says it was established in 2006 as Al Ghaimah A/C Units Fix. Cont. LLC, started with warehouse and office projects, later took on complete HVAC scopes for low rise buildings of up to 8 floors, and changed its name to Cost Air as part of a rebrand in 2021.
Its service and maintenance division handles one-time servicing and repair of HVAC equipment, including FAHUs and kitchen ecology units, and annual maintenance contracts for residential and commercial clients. It also overhauls compressors, condensing units and fan coil units that need deep cleaning and extra maintenance.
For new systems it installs chilled water, ducted split, VRF split, wall mounted and packaged air conditioning. It fabricates pre-insulated, GI and MS ductwork in its own factory, designs ventilation, fresh air and exhaust systems including commercial and domestic kitchen hoods, and its engineers produce mechanical designs and heat load calculations using HAP software.
The company says it works on commercial, industrial and residential jobs with all international brands, in Sharjah, Dubai and other emirates. Enquiries go to +971 55 132 0838 by phone or WhatsApp, the landline +971 6 522 4121, or the contact form on costair.ae.
