Booked New Star Pest Control for pest control treatment at my apartment, and the experience was really good. The technician was on time, inspected the problem areas first, and then carried out the treatment carefully without rushing. He also gave a few useful tips to prevent pests from coming back. It’s been a few days now, and I’ve already noticed a big difference. Happy with the service and would definitely use them again.
Disappointed with Service Quality and Professionalism We hired this company for pest control (AED 200) and deep cleaning (AED 500). Initially, they informed us that pest control had to be done first, followed by a 3-hour wait before deep cleaning, which would then take around 5 hours. However, based on our apartment security’s records, they started pest control at 1:30 PM and began deep cleaning at 3:50 PM...
