We’ve used Concept View Pest Control two times now and the experience is always excellent. The team is punctual, professional, and very respectful of the home. They work cleanly and clearly know what they’re doing. We also really appreciate that they take the time to guide and advise, which makes a difference. We were recommended by a neighbour to contact Concept Pest Control to help with ghost ants which had found their way into our home. Concept were very prompt and came out same day, very professional and communicated the process before carrying out investigation to find the source and treat the affected areas. Concept were very thorough and talked us through the process and how to ensure the issue didn’t return. Highly recommended.
Concept View Pest Control Services has greatly impressed me with their professionalism. I can make a stark comparison with the previous Pest Control Services I had hired who just did the job and disappeared, but Conceot handled the situation very differently. After a thorough examination of my apartment, the staff Saddam explained in detail the present situation and alerted me about any further Pest threats that I could expect in the future...
I would like to sincerely thank your company for providing the service. In all my 16 years of living in Dubai, this is honestly the first time I have encountered such a high level in this kind of service. 👌 Starting from those valuable instructions on how to prepare the apartment before providing the service for the best possible result. The second point is to express my personal gratitude to Mustafa for his painstaking and professional work...
Second time using concept pest control in the last 6 years and they always do a phenomenal job. Mustafa came over absolutely on time today to tend to our cockroach issue. He was super nice , gave us lots of information on do’s and don’t. These guys definitely take their jobs seriously . We forgot to move a few items from the kitchen and Mustafa even moved those for us with a smile...
