I had dealt before with mama lola but i had disappointing experience this time I contacted mama lola yesterday for cleaning appointment and they advised 10:30 today then changed to 9 . As a weekend, i had to get up early specifically for the lady but the messaged cancelling the appointment with no option of sending another one ... Only option is afternoon. That is not acceptable
