The booking process for my regular house cleaning was easy, and the pricing was reasonable for the quality of work. The assigned Staff (Ms. Jonalyn) arrived on time as booked, was courteous, and cleaned my flat exactly the way I wanted it to be done. Highly recommended for routine maintenance!
Got Mel Jane a week ago and she was exactly what we were looking for after our house had been left untouched for a month due to travel and she was adaptable and quick to accept feedback. Will definitely get her again for our house as she understood us easily and adapted to the needs of our home as well.
The worst company ever , they are sending me such unprofessional maids that does not even want to work , the first maid told me i don’t know how to iron and i wont iron , the second one came i explained to her do not touch my husband kandoora only fold and even my abaya only hang NO IRON she went and she burned the kandoora !!!! On top of that they still made me pay the whole booking...
If there is a Zero, I would give it to the staff of this company. After 4 years of being a client, there is unfortunately drastic drop in the quality of service. Staff is becoming unprofessional, unfriendly, slow, with weird drumpy attitude! I doubt if the positive reviews left on google are real or genuine! Definitely not booking with them anymore
