I am extremely satisfied with the carpet cleaning service! The carpets were washed and brushed so perfectly, they literally look like I just brought them from the store. The team who came to pick up and deliver them was very fast and polite. The person who responded to me on WhatsApp (even at 8 PM!) was incredibly kind, patient, and explained everything in detail...

About Carpet Pro
Carpet Pro is a carpet cleaning company based at 37 1B Street in Ras Al Khor Industrial Area 2. Its website says it was founded in the UAE in 2019, added curtain, sofa and AC services in 2022, and now serves Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ajman.
Carpets are collected from your home and washed at its facility: dust removal by machine, brushing and shampooing, a centrifuge that removes about 90% of the moisture, drying in a ventilated drying room, deep vacuuming, deodorising and packing. Dubai orders normally come back in 4 days, with an extra day for delicate white carpets. Ripped carpets cannot go through the automatic line.
Handmade and Persian carpets are washed by hand and can be repaired and restored; the website says this work is led by a Persian carpet master with more than 30 years of experience, with repairs returned in about 10 days. Sofas, leather couches, chairs and mattresses are cleaned on site in about 1 to 2 hours, and curtains are taken down and returned clean and ironed in 4 days.
The company also offers window cleaning for villas and apartments, AC cleaning and AC duct and vent cleaning with disinfectant fogging, AC repair and a maid service. Its FAQ says the carpet chemicals it uses are approved by Dubai Municipality and safe for pets and children.
Prices are published on the website and exclude 5% VAT: machine-made carpets AED 30 per square metre with free pick-up and delivery and a minimum order of AED 100, handmade carpets AED 150 per square metre, sofas AED 70 per seat and curtains AED 17 per square metre. Orders are placed through the website or by phone on 04 280 7077.

I did window cleaning, sofa cleaning and curtains cleaning. Very impressed with the service
Excellent service from start to finish. I contacted the team for curtain cleaning and was impressed by how quickly someone came out to measure the curtains and provide a very reasonable quote. The team carefully removed the curtains, cleaned them, and returned just a few days later to reinstall and steam them. The entire process was fast, professional, and hassle-free...
Impressive! I got several carpets, sofas, and a recliner seat cleaned last week, and Carpet Pro did an amazing job. During pick up, they didn't promise that they could remove some stains on the carpet, but when we got them, they finally managed to remove the stains. Their staff are polite and friendly. I will definitely recommend and use their service again in the future.
They damaged my carpet and picked it up twice after to try rectify the stains they did and each time they brought the carpet with the same stains. They also damaged the size and material of the carpet and now they don’t answer my messages. The website has a link to contact owner and it doesn’t work. Not professional and not recommended.
