Not satisfied with previous A/C cleaning services, we decided to try PRO Clean AC for the first time to service four of our apartments. Team Leader Arnold and his team arrived on time and did an excellent job overall. They were respectful, professional, and demonstrated a strong work ethic. In addition, the office team was proactive and very supportive throughout the process

About Pro Clean AC
Pro Clean AC is a Dubai company that specialises only in air conditioning cleaning. Google places it at Science Park, Unit B09, Block B, while its website lists an office on the 9th floor of The H Office, 1 Sheikh Zayed Road. The website describes an expat-led team, with Jamie as Managing Director, and staff trained by British engineers.
Its services are duct cleaning, coil cleaning, sanitisation and general AC cleaning. For ducts, technicians remove the grilles and diffusers and use a Rotobrush machine, a heavy-duty HEPA-filtered vacuum with spinning brush attachments made for cleaning inside ducts. Sanitisation is done with a fogging machine that sprays a chlorine dioxide based bio-sanitiser, which the company says is safe for people and pets.
Coil cleaning follows a 10 step process: protecting the area and furniture, accessing the evaporator coil (cutting an extra ceiling hatch if needed), inspecting the coil, applying a coil cleaning chemical, rinsing with an angled jet wash, cleaning the drain tray and pipes, sanitising with a bio-sanitiser the company says is approved by Dubai Municipality, and testing the system.
The company offers two main options: Option 1 is duct cleaning, and Option 2 adds chemical coil cleaning. It cleans AC systems in villas, apartments, offices and commercial properties across Dubai and surrounding emirates, and has a separate page for Abu Dhabi. Pro Clean AC says it is a member of the National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA).
Bookings are taken by phone, WhatsApp, email or the website form. Prices depend on the number of AC units and the scope of cleaning, and payment is accepted by card link, bank transfer, cash or cheque. Customers receive before and after photos of the work, according to Google reviews.

Team 21 did an amazing job! They were incredibly thorough, clean, and professional from start to finish. Everything was left spotless, and they were friendly and happy to make sure everything was done properly. We also received before and after photos, and I was shocked by the difference. We'll definitely be booking Pro Clean again for our next cleaning!
Amazing job done by the Pro Clean AC team cleaning and sanitizing my studio AC. They arrived on time, covered all the working area so no dust could fall on furniture or inside the kitchen, and made sure to show me where I had issues even though they would send before and after pictures later. Before they left, they cleaned the floor and made sure to put everything back in place...
Absolutely outstanding service from Pro Clean AC! The team was incredibly professional from start to finish. They took the time to carefully protect all the furniture before starting, which immediately showed their attention to detail and respect for the space. The AC system was thoroughly cleaned, not just the visible parts, but the entire system, and you could really feel the difference afterward...
Don't think I have ever experienced this level of world class service from a Service Provider yet. Team 13 (Chewrin and team) take such good care of your home. They are professional and honest. They add coverings, wall protectors, sheets floor protectors etc. to keep your home protected while they work. The AC service was amazing, they took their time and paid attention to detail...
