About Dream Cool Air Conditioning Systems
Dream Cool Air Condition Systems LLC is a Dubai air conditioning company that says it has served residential and commercial customers since 2003. Its shop is at France Cluster, Building P01, Shop no 1, in Dubai International City (P.O. Box 47321). The company states it is an authorised dealer of O General in Dubai and provides maintenance and repair for O General units.
Its AC services are repair, maintenance, installation, duct cleaning, split AC work, central AC maintenance, chiller maintenance and annual maintenance contracts. The website lists repairs such as broken compressors, refrigerant leaks and damaged electrical components, and says it handles residential, commercial and industrial systems including window, split, central and portable units.
Duct cleaning starts with an inspection; the team then connects a powerful blower and HEPA-filtered vacuum to the duct system, agitates the dirt, flushes the ducts with compressed air, cleans the blower, vent covers and evaporator coil, and shows before and after results. A second visit may be needed for the cleaning itself.
Annual maintenance contracts cover four scheduled visits a year, coil cleaning, pipe checks, lubrication, a thermostat and system diagnostic, refrigerant checks with gas top up as needed, correction of water leaks at no extra cost and transport throughout the contract, according to the website.
Google lists the business as open 24 hours and the website advertises 24/7 emergency repair and same-day service across Dubai. Bookings are taken by phone or WhatsApp on +971 56 667 5366, on the landline +971 4 368 4035, by email or through the website form. The site also offers ceiling contracting and motor rewinding.

This company installed my AC 3 years ago and were very good then, I contacted them to come back again for some new units and they kept ignoring my messages. Once they finally came for the survey i agreed on the quote and they were supposed to install on Monday. We discussed it being a public holiday but they said they can still come. I went to work on a holiday and they did not show up...
