Shahzaib and the team were good, very polite and professional. However, they missed cleaning one grille (we all make mistakes, that's ok), I pointed it out but I guess they were in a hurry to leave and they did not do a good job. I was busy so I did not check properly after I told them they forgot, I was expecting they would clean it properly after I pointed out their mistake, so I signed the release form...

What an amazing job starts from the beginning with Mr. Furqan who is very helpful and understanding ,relaxing customer by explaining the small details thanks to him dealing and convincing me in a perfect honest way . Now Mr. Abrar and Mr. Kashif thanks is not enough to express my self to you so experienced, so polite , so professional . And so caring to do the job perfectly ...
I recently had Jawed’s team come to my home for AC servicing and deep cleaning, and I can honestly say it was the most thorough and professional AC service I have experienced in over 10 years living in Dubai. From the moment they arrived, their attention to detail stood out. The team wore shoe covers before entering the house and carefully covered and protected surrounding areas before starting any work...
I totally recommend them. We had the AC deep cleaning with blower, coil, filter and ducts with rotary motory. The professionals who came Tahir and Faisal were absolutely perfect and professional covering in plastic and cleaning afterwards. The support in booking from Furqan was excellent in communication and the service is recommended. I’ll try other services from them as well and update the review.
Had a great experience with this company. Fast to send the team out for inspection the day after I called and were always readily available on phone and whatsapp when making the follow up appointment to do the job. Thanks to Alam for coming out after 6pm when my ceiling leaked and for checking in with me in all week before the team could get the permit to do the ceiling repair...
