The service they did was excellent! We are set to move in to an apartment and I did not make a mistake in booking Awal Experts to do the service. They cleaned the ducts, the vents, filters, and coils and they’ve done an amazing job! They’ve shown me photos of the ‘before’ and ‘after’ and I was impressed. They were very professional and they really know what they are doing...

About Awal Experts
Awal Experts is a Dubai maintenance company whose main line is AC maintenance, AC repair and AC duct cleaning. Its Google profile places the office at Office 407, Al Bakhit Center on Al Maktoum Road in Deira, while its website gives a shop in the Abdul Hadi Siddiq Abdul Hadi Building in Al Karama, Bur Dubai. The website says it has served Dubai homes for more than 20 years.
A standard maintenance visit covers six checks: coil cleaning, a refrigerant pressure check, an electrical inspection of contactors, capacitors and wiring, drain and condensate line clearing, filter cleaning, and a final performance test. Repairs include gas refill with leak detection and sealing, compressor, fan motor and capacitor replacement, water leak fixes, and thermostat and control board faults on split, window, ducted, cassette and central systems.
Duct cleaning starts with an inspection of the ducts, vents, coil and drain line, followed by rotary brush cleaning under negative air pressure, sanitisation of coils, drain pans and duct surfaces, and a before and after report. Its technicians work on Mitsubishi, LG, Hitachi, Daikin, Panasonic, Samsung and Haier units.
Annual maintenance contracts schedule visits across the year with the key one before summer, include filter cleaning and minor consumables, give priority response between visits and keep a written service record. Plans cover apartments, villas and managed buildings, scaled to the number of units. The company also offers pest control, water tank cleaning and home, villa, sofa and carpet cleaning.
Booking is by phone or WhatsApp on +971 50 303 8464, by email or through the website form. The first consultation is free and the company says it confirms a firm price before any work begins; for repairs, it aims to send a technician the same day if you book before noon.

Great experience with AWAL Experts. The A/C duct and coil cleaning service was done professionally from start to finish. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left everything clean and well-organized. Special thanks to Asif and his team - they were very professional, attentive to details, and clearly know what they’re doing...
Mr. Jawad and his team were able to start earlier than expected and managed to clean up our AC units. They also made sure that our furnitures were protected by placing several plastic covers on the areas that might get affected. They also cleaned up some of the dust particles on the floor afterwards. Thank you guys and great job.
We had an amazing experience with Zeeshan and team. Woth 4 bed villa, they handled the work professionally and most efficiently. Highly recommend this company and the team.
We had our AC deep cleaning done today, and the team led by Asif did an excellent job. They arrived on time and were extremely professional from start to finish. Before starting, they carefully wrapped and covered everything to ensure no mess. They thoroughly cleaned the entire system and even showed us before-and-after photos, which really demonstrated the difference...
