About Wipeout Pest Control
Wipeout Pest Control has worked in the UAE since 2010 and runs two offices: a head office at City Bay Business Center in Hor Al Anz East, Deira, Dubai, and an Abu Dhabi office on Al Ghats Street in Al Hisn (W6). It says it serves all seven emirates, including Al Ain, with its own branded service vehicles.
Its services cover pre-construction and post-construction anti-termite treatment, crawling insects (cockroaches, ants, silverfish, spiders, bed bugs, ticks and fleas), flying insects (mosquitoes, flies and wasps), rodents, bird control with netting, spikes and gel systems, humane stray cat removal, and snake identification and removal. Cockroach work uses gel baits inside cabinet hinges and voids, insect growth regulators and targeted spraying.
For new buildings the company applies a chemical soil barrier before the concrete is poured and provides the treatment documentation needed for building completion. It serves villas, apartments and compounds, restaurants and cafes, hotels, offices and retail, warehouses and factories, schools, nurseries and healthcare facilities, and farms and construction sites.
Every job starts with a free inspection, then a written quote listing the recommended treatment, products and price, then treatment and a follow-up check. Most commercial clients are on monthly or quarterly contracts, and residential clients can choose one-off visits, monthly plans or annual contracts.
The company states it is approved by Dubai Municipality and holds the trade licences it needs, but publishes no licence numbers. Bookings are by phone, WhatsApp on +971 50 662 7370, email or the inspection request form on wipeoutpcs.com.
