One time experience, 2 ladies sent for cleaning, spent the first hour (practically speaking 2 hours) to surface clean one small room and 2 washrooms !!! After pressure, 3 times the work was achieved in the second hour. Management informed, took more than 48 hours to clarify, so I canceled future appointments. Notably, the ladies were very reluctant to move furniture to clean thoroughly and did not...
Very bad experience with Top to Bottom cleaning service. They came yesterday 2 ladies for 2 hours, nobody was at home while they were 'cleaning' and the house was left as you can see.
I got them to clean my large balcony windows, both interior and exterior. They came on time and did a fantastic job. I’ve never seen my windows so clean! Absolutely happy with JC and Fayaz from Top to Bottom. Both were very polite and professional. Will be definitely calling them again.
We are very impressed with Top to Bottom's Jessie and Fayiz. Our 2 balconies, very large windows and sliding doors are sparkling! Their service is friendly and professional, and we will definitely use them again. Their quick communication and feedback make for an overall user-friendly experience. Thank you!
