I started smartway cleaning services i guess one year ago.. Until now i have never changed to anyone else because their service is amazing and worth the price. Sabitha, Durga and Kumari they have been coming to my place and they do a great job.. All of them are friendly and easy to communicate. Further, the coordination is well done by the team. Melrose came to clean our two bedroom, two bathroom apartment. She was extremely thorough and gave the place a very deep clean in only 3 hours. She was very polite, professional and needed very little instructions. She knew exactly what to do.
We are extremely disappointed with the service and overall lack of care. The apartment was left with visible dirt and the cleaner argued with us saying she can’t do anything about it. When we complained to the company, we were told the cleaners are not robots. Unfortunately we had to cut the cleaning short and continue cleaning ourselves. We did pay for the 2 hour the cleaner took just for the salon area.
Fully satisfied by the cleaner's work, she completed all work quickly and v.neatly within the time. Excellent job.worth the money. Professional deep cleaning. Outstanding work,very satisfied.
