These guys did an amazing job! They spent the entire day thoroughly cleaning all five AC units in my house and made sure everything was spotless and working perfectly. I had just completed renovations in my villa, so there was a lot of dust and debris inside the units, but their team was incredibly professional, meticulous, and patient throughout the process. The difference in the air quality and cooling performance was noticeable immediately after they finished...

About Shield Air
Shield Air (ShieldAir on its website) is an AC duct cleaning company with its Abu Dhabi office on Electra Street, Al Danah. It describes itself as 'the air duct cleaning professionals' and works for homes and commercial properties in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
Its main service is AC duct cleaning and disinfection. For villas and apartments it cleans and sanitises the AC ducts, and for commercial properties it offers air duct cleaning, HVAC restoration and condenser coil cleaning. It also sells an anti-microbial air treatment designed for AC systems, used to clean and sterilise duct systems where there is mould or bacteria.
The website says the team follows the NADCA ACR 2013 standard for assessing, cleaning and restoring HVAC systems and ACCA Standard 6 for restoring the cleanliness of residential and commercial HVAC systems, and that customers get a report with before and after photos when the job is done.
Shield Air also lists HVAC servicing and maintenance for commercial buildings, including planned preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and maintenance contracts for multi-storey buildings, shopping complexes and schools. Its servicing page names Trane, Ruud, Rheem, York, Carrier and Goodman as brands its staff specialise in. The home page still marks this service as coming soon.
Bookings are by phone, the toll-free number 800 7443539, WhatsApp, email or the free estimate form on shieldair.me; the residential page says customer service calls back to confirm a date and time. Prices are not published.

My kids were always getting sick and having allergy symptoms and not knowing why. Finally, I made the smart decision to have the ac ducts cleaned and sanitized. It has only been a few days, but the air quality is drastically much better and fresher. Would definitely recommend their services, especially if you have kids. Thank you!
A highly professional service team. They thoroughly cleaned your room, including the air conditioner, ducts, fans, and even the inside of the ceiling. A comprehensive cleaning afterwards ensured your peace of mind. Many thanks to Mr.Mohamed Kashif for guiding and supervising the team throughout the process. They were extremely dedicated.
Great service today managed by Muhammed Asim. Throughly cleaned at a high standard from start to finish, minimal supervision required, fully protected all areas as well as before and after photos taken and shared of all work completed. Highly recommend.
This is the second time I have used Shield Air and they do not disappoint. Very professional big team that will clean your ac as if it is new. The last time I had an issue after they left with some of the access panels and shabaz and his team sent somebody within 2 hours to rectify it. Will use them again.
