About Khidmah
Khidmah is an Abu Dhabi facilities management company with its corporate head office at Yas Mall on Yas Island and a second office in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. It says it has delivered facilities management, maintenance, cleaning and technical services for more than a decade, with about 7,000 staff, across residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, industrial and community properties.
Home services are sold under the Inspire Home brand, which Khidmah describes as part of its portfolio. Inspire Home has its own office at Al Narjis 2, Al Rayyana Complex, Khalifa City, and a service line on 600 505054. Its categories cover air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, civil works, landscaping, move in and move out, pest control and disinfection.
The air conditioning menu lists AC servicing, AC not working, blowing hot air, water leaks, noise, thermostat faults, bad smells, new AC installation and other AC issues. Every one starts from AED 200 for the first hour, with extra time at AED 100 an hour and parts or materials billed only after a quote is approved. Fees are non-refundable, but Khidmah says an unused fee can be kept as a deposit for a future request.
Bookings are made online or in the Inspire Home app by choosing a service, date and time slot, and the booking page checks whether your address is in a served area. Inspire Home states a 90 day workmanship guarantee, background verified professionals and a 24/7 customer care centre.
Annual maintenance packages run from Bronze at AED 94.99 a month to Platinum Plus at AED 559.99 a month. They include 2 to 4 planned maintenance visits a year for AC, electrical and plumbing, and the Platinum Plus package for villas and town houses adds a duct cleaning and a water tank cleaning.

Can you provide the phone number or email address of the service company? I received an offer letter from the service company and need to confirm if it's legitimate.
If there’s no half a star, I don’t think this company even deserves it. The worst company I have ever dealt with, been waiting for 6 hours for the team to show as if I’m working in my day job, and still nothing from their side. I promise if I know how to fix the problem myself, I would do it. I don’t think I’ll ever get them to fix anything in my place, as they are inaccurate and unpunctual in time.
