About FixPro
FixPro is a building maintenance company with its office at 77 Ath Thiqah 5 Street, Sector M-17, Mussafah, Abu Dhabi. Its website says its founders come from facility management and operations and set up FixPro to bring a new hygiene experience to homes and businesses in the UAE. On Google the business identifies as women-owned.
Air conditioning is one of its main lines. FixPro deep-cleans all AC unit types, including splits, ducted units and cassettes. An AC cleaning visit covers vents, grills and filters, evaporator and blower deep-cleaning, interior coil cleaning, a tray and drain line flush, site protection, a final clean-up and a basic visual health check of the unit. Gas refilling and major part repairs are listed as exclusions of the cleaning service.
Its HVAC maintenance service covers a full inspection of indoor and outdoor units, filter cleaning or replacement, evaporator and condenser coil cleaning, fan and blower checks, condensate drain cleaning, a check of electrical connections, basic thermostat and controls testing, and an operational test and reset. Duct cleaning is a separate service with mechanical brushing and vacuuming of duct interiors, vent and grille cleaning and optional disinfection of main ducts.
FixPro also sells annual maintenance contracts with regular inspections, preventive care and priority service. In Abu Dhabi its service pages name Al Khalidiyah, Al Danah, Al Bateen and MBZ City, say same-day slots are often available in central districts and that evening and weekend visits can be arranged on request. It also works in Dubai.
Besides AC work, the company offers kitchen exhaust cleaning, MEP works, deep cleaning, sanitisation, pest control, water tank cleaning, furniture cleaning, civil works and pool maintenance. Bookings are by phone, WhatsApp, email or the enquiry form on fixpro.ae. Prices are not published; the website lists the factors that set a quote.

I had an excellent experience with the AC cleaning service. They were professional and thorough, and now my AC unit is running smoothly without any dirt. There were just a couple of minor details, but overall, the service was outstanding. I highly recommend them for anyone needing AC maintenance.
I had an urgent repair for one of the AC units in my wife's apartment in Dubai... The team was dispatched in a very short time. They arrived exactly on time for the appointment, had ALL the tools and parts needed and within 1 hour we identified the problem as a faulty actuator, got it replaced and inspected all other ACs in the apartment...
I have been with fixpro for a few years now and the service has gone down. The team is not professional anymore. Currently doing ppm after 6 months and not satisfied with the way the cleaning is done. The previous team was excellent in their Job, customer service and efficient.
Excellent service. It's great to see a job done this well and this meticulously. The team they sent was big and professional and had a lot of equipment that they used to clean everything. Prep work was spot on as they covered everything before they started work which is always a good thing. And they took their time doing the work which is the most important thing for a task that is done every 6 months...
